Production built around the meeting—not an equipment package
A corporate meeting can be technically simple or highly complex. Attendance alone does not determine the production scope.
A 60-person leadership meeting may need confidential content handling, multiple cameras, remote presenters, executive rehearsal and precise show calling. A larger conference may add general-session LED, multiple breakout rooms, sponsor content, live streaming, recording and simultaneous production teams.
Jx2 starts with the program: what the audience needs to see and hear, how presenters move through the show, how content arrives, what the venue controls, and what has to happen before doors open.
Audio
Speech reinforcement, panels, wireless, playback, intercom and room coverage designed for clear communication.
Video & LED
Presentation systems, large-format LED, projection, IMAG, switching, playback and confidence monitoring.
Lighting

Cameras & Recording
Multi-camera production, IMAG, recording and broadcast/streaming workflows where the program requires them.
Staging & Scenic
Stage systems, scenic environments, drape, display integration and physical design coordinated with the room.
Show Leadership
Project management, technical direction, production schedules, rehearsal and live-show coordination.
General sessions, breakouts and executive meetings need different workflows
General sessions often carry the highest production density: keynote audio, camera coverage, large-format video, graphics, show playback, stage lighting, walk-up cues and executive presentations. Breakouts need consistency and repeatability across multiple rooms. Executive meetings may require a smaller footprint with a higher level of discretion and presenter support.
Our role is to scale the system and crew to the actual program rather than force every room into the same production model.
Content and presenters are part of the technical plan
Presentation-heavy events need more than a screen.
Jx2 can plan around:
- speaker decks and last-minute revisions;
- graphics and video playback;
- confidence monitors and presenter notes;
- walk-up and walk-off cues;
- panel microphones and audience Q&A;
- remote presenters and hybrid participation;
- recording or streaming outputs; and
- rehearsal time with the actual show team.
One production point of contact for the venue conversation
Hotels and convention centers may control or provide rigging, power, internet, installed systems, loading, local labor or other building services. Jx2 can coordinate those requirements with the venue and in-house team while keeping the client's broader production plan connected.

For recurring meetings, continuity has value
When the same production partner returns year after year, knowledge about executives, presenters, content workflows, technical standards, show files and venue lessons can carry forward. That can reduce the amount of production history the planner has to rebuild each cycle.
