3D LiDAR scanning & previsualization
Design the event inside an accurate model of the actual venue.
For complex corporate productions, Jx2 can use advanced 3D LiDAR scanning to capture the actual interior and exterior of the event facility before the production is built. The scan records the real geometry of the space—including ceiling height, walls, windows, doors, architectural conditions, and other physical details—so the production can be developed against the venue as it actually exists.
That scan becomes the foundation for an accurate 3D previsualization environment. Stage and set concepts, LED, scenic, lighting positions, audience layout, sightlines, and technical systems can be evaluated in context before load-in.
Surface and dimensional information also gives the production team a more realistic basis for planning how lighting and audio systems will behave in the space. The model is a design and engineering tool—not merely a rendering for presentation.

Recent example: Jx2 used this workflow while developing the Fortune 150 Annual Awards Event. The final event design evolved substantially from the initial previsualization concept, but the model demonstrates the level of venue capture, spatial planning, and design capability available to the production team. Client identity is intentionally withheld.

Global meeting execution
One of five worldwide sites — show-ready before dawn.
For a confidential global biotech company’s annual meeting, Jx2 delivered the New York site at the TWA Hotel at JFK Airport as one of five interconnected worldwide locations.
The site had no technical day before show day. Trucks hit the dock at midnight and the New York location was show-ready by 5:30 AM after months of planning, multiple site visits, staged equipment, rotating crews, and detailed sequencing.
The five sites were interconnected with multiple channels of intercom, video, and audio so presenters could hand off live between locations, interact with one another, and operate as one coordinated global program rather than separate broadcasts.
Senior leadership production
Custom scenic and staging at Mohegan Sun.
For a confidential senior leadership event at Mohegan Sun in November 2025, Jx2 designed a custom stage environment with Ballare gloss black flooring, custom stairs, a stage façade with inset color-changing LED, two 16′ × 9′ Unilumin 2.6mm LED walls on 4′ staging, and a custom Rose Brand CYC backdrop lit with Chauvet CYC 3 wash fixtures.
