More than the booth floor
Many expos combine an exhibit hall with a keynote stage, conference sessions, product demonstrations, sponsor content and networking environments. The production strategy should connect those experiences without treating each room as an unrelated equipment order.
Main Stage
Audio, LED/video, lighting, staging, cameras, playback and show operation for keynotes and featured sessions.
Exhibit-Hall AV
Distributed displays, audio zones, demonstration support, LED and technical coordination around exhibitor layouts.
Breakouts
Repeatable presentation, audio and video systems scaled across education or meeting rooms.
Sponsor Activations
Branded LED, lighting, playback and temporary technical systems designed around activation requirements.
Content & Cameras
Playback, recording, IMAG and camera workflows for sessions that need to reach beyond the immediate room.
Technical Coordination
Advance schedules, venue interfaces, load-in planning and one technical production point of contact.
Coordinate early with the venue and show contractors
Exhibit environments often involve multiple parties: venue event services, general service contractors/decorators, electricians, internet providers, riggers, exhibitors and production teams. Jx2's role is not to replace those providers; it is to define and coordinate the technical-production scope so dependencies are visible before load-in.
That can include power requirements, internet, rigging, freight timing, dock access, staging footprints, display locations, camera positions and show schedules.
Design the keynote and expo as one attendee journey
The strongest event experiences usually feel connected. Brand language on the general-session stage can carry into sponsor or exhibit environments through content, lighting, signage and visual systems. Presentation standards can stay consistent across rooms. Recording or social content can be planned rather than improvised onsite.
Where Jx2 can support the event
- keynote and general-session production;
- audio and video systems;
- LED video walls and large-format displays;
- event lighting and branded environments;
- staging and scenic support;
- camera, IMAG, recording and event video;
- breakout-room production;
- technical support for demonstrations or sponsor activations;
- broadcast and streaming where required; and
- venue/contractor coordination for the Jx2 production scope.
Bring production in before the floor plan is locked
Production footprints affect sightlines, traffic, power, cable paths, rigging and loading. Early coordination helps prevent a finished floor plan from leaving no practical place for cameras, control, stages, LED or technical infrastructure.
