Large-Scale Commencement Production
LED video, IMAG, cameras, outside broadcast, widescreen graphics, audio, lighting, venue-system tie-ins, and show control built around commencement ceremonies and large academic audiences.
Built for large audiences
Commencement is a multi-system production.
Large ceremonies require more than a stage and microphones. Audience sightlines, cameras, IMAG, graphics, procession timing, speeches, venue systems, recording, broadcast, and show control all have to support the same program.
Jx2 builds those systems around the ceremony so the audience in the room—and viewers watching elsewhere—receive a clear, coordinated experience.

Widescreen graphics & playback
Content designed for an 80-foot canvas.
Ultra-wide LED changes the way event content has to be built and operated. Jx2 supports custom widescreen graphics, show playback, live camera feeds, presentation content, and other visual elements through a Resolume-based workflow designed around the actual pixel canvas.
For high-consequence moments, primary and redundant playback computers can support continuity and rapid recovery if a system needs to be changed over during the show.
Broadcast & venue coordination
Connect the stage, cameras, LED, and venue systems.
Commencement often requires feeds to multiple destinations at once: the main LED wall, venue displays, center-hung video, recording, streaming, broadcast, and other house systems. Jx2 can coordinate event-specific tie-ins so these outputs remain aligned with the production.
Outside Broadcast Trailer
Centralized production support for multi-camera video, show feeds, monitoring, and broadcast workflows.
IMAG & Cameras
Live camera coverage supports audience sightlines, speakers, processions, platform activity, and ceremony moments.
Venue System Tie-Ins
Show-specific feeds can be coordinated with compatible house displays, audio, and other venue systems when required.
